Eight to twelve weeks. We charge by the project, not by the hour. We don't believe in retainers. We believe in finishing.
We start with conversation, not a brief. Two long calls — one with you, one with someone you trust. We ask the questions you've been avoiding. Not to be difficult, but because the answer to one of them is usually the brief.
By end of week one, you have: a strategic note, scope confirmation, and a hand-shake on what we're not making. The last one is more important than the first two.
Three directions, fully concepted. Not three colorways of the same idea — three actually different points of view on what your brand could be in this moment.
We present in person (or live video, no slides). Choosing is part of the work — we don't pretend the first one is the right one. Sometimes it is. Sometimes you choose pieces from each, and that becomes the fourth.
Code is craft. Pixels are arguments. Every detail is decided. Nothing ships that we wouldn't put on our reel — and we have a reel to feed, so the bar is high.
You see weekly Friday-builds. Not slide reviews — actual working software. We embed for two days at your office in week 6 (or you visit us in Berlin). Iteration is loud, fast, and unfussy.
Launch with kit, story, and capacity for what comes next. We don't disappear after go-live. There's a 30-day stabilization window, weekly check-ins, and a documentation deck your team will actually open.
We help with PR, social, the FWA / Awwwards submissions if relevant. We attend the launch. We read the comments with you. Then — if it makes sense — we build the next thing.
„We won't take a project
we can't finish well."
