Designers, engineers, generative artists. Two studios — Berlin and Tokyo. One unreasonably high standard.
„We don't believe in ‹content›.
We believe in things made
with care, and shown rarely."

Architect by training, designer by accident. Started Atelier 9 from a single Hong Kong commission in 2017.
Heads the Tokyo studio. Ex-PARTY, ex-Wieden+Kennedy. Won D&AD Black Pencil for the Cassiopeia campaign in 2023.
Three.js / WebGPU specialist. Has open-sourced a popular curl-noise shader. Lives between code and synth.
Touchdesigner + Houdini magician. Half installation artist, half live-visuals operator. The wildcard.
Type-driven, system-minded. Three years at Studio Dumbar before joining us. Specializes in identity systems.
Keeps the chaos productive. Ex-Mojo Vision producer. The reason we ship on time.
Editorial roots — Wired Japan, Ginza Magazine. Brings narrative to systems that would otherwise be cold.
Vision Pro / WebXR / Unity. Bridges the gap between creative concept and platform constraints.
Berlin in a converted post-office in Sonnenallee. Tokyo in a 4-floor walk-up in Sendagaya. We swap teams every year — Tokyo people fly to Berlin, Berlin people fly to Tokyo.
We don't have a third office. We don't have a "remote" policy. The studio is the tool, and we're protective of it.
